  1. Kirby – I haven’t played a lot of Kirby games, I did enjoy playing Epic Yarn (great to play with the family) and Return to Dreamland.

Shrink Wrap – I don’t tend to “break the plastic” on my games until I’m ready to play it.

Heretic was alright, but of course not as fun as Doom. Hexen had an interesting feel to it, but I got lost at one point, had no idea what I was supposed to do next, and just gave up. I never created my own visuals or levels for Doom, but I did make a few new sound packages for the game. I remember one I did had sounds from the 60’s Spider-man cartoon. I think Dark Forces was my first or second CD-Rom game. I remember the sound effects for Quake standing out for me more than the music.

Hate it here and love it there. I think I can be the same at times. I talked about it a little in my video about GTA. The setting can make a big difference for me.

    • I used to wonder why I’d open my games right away even if I didn’t play them and then I had a PSP case which was broken on the inside and there wasn’t anyway to see it without opening it first. It’s the only time it has happened.

    • My first copy of Black for PlayStation 2 was unable to load about halfway through the game so I had to return to get a another copy via an exchange.

My sealed copy of OutRun for Saturn is completely unable to load the game.
